EGG DROPPING

Today in astronomy we had to create a landing device for an egg to fit in. We would then place the egg into it and drop it . IT WAS REALLY FUN. But unfortunately my teams egg passed away shortly after hitting the ground.

Today we talked about lunar survival and the importance of certain items on the moon. Then we had to make our own Lunar Landers. I partnered with Zach and even though we thought through the building of our structure, it failed but our egg only cracked slightly. I still think we won.

Today we did an exciting activity about creating our own Lunar Lander. It was Jerricka and I. Our creation was unique and different. Our purpose was to create a Lunar Lander using a certain amount of materials. We used cups, aluminum foil, paper, rubber bands, playing cards, and tape. Then we took it outside and did an egg drop. Our Lunar Lander BROKE.

EGGS

I was in a group with Kendra and we made lunar landers. Basically, we had limited supplies and had to insulate the egg so that it wouldn't break after we dropped it from a height of 10 feet... Unfortunately, our egg didn't survive. I think it was because of the way it was dropped, because it was very well protected... It just didn't fall as we hoped.Even though she killed our egg, I liked working with her ( :
