today we had to make a rocket out of 3 balloons & a straw, ours wasnt working but we didnt give up! overall it was a fun challenge.

Today was my first day in the astronomy component, & i was pleasantly suprised. I quickly made friends & enjoyed the activities we did. We built rockets using only balloons, a straw, tape & popsicle sticks, my partner & myself made a rocket but it was unsuccessful :( I also read a very interesting article about a nuclear bomb above America that could cause us to lose our civilization within seconds !!!

I learned a lot today. we made a straw rocket today, and i was in a group with Viri. We made a rocket with and read about rockets getting lunched in 1981 and it coast about 209 billion dollars

March 10th today we learned about rockets. we attempted to build one out of balloons, tape,straws, and popsicle sticks. Ours did not go as far as others because we didn't think clearly about a plan that would work

Today was okay, we made rockets with balloons, straws, a string and tape some were successful and some weren't. We also learned about Gingrich and the moon base.

Today in the ASTRONOMY COMPONENT, We Measured the angle of the sun, as usual, and we made model "rockets" using balloons, straws, pop-sicle sticks, and tape. Most of them weren't every successful, but it was still fun to watch though. -Malik C

Today was really cool. i did this experiment with my group where we used balloons, Popsicle sticks, tape, and a straw to shoot our balloons across the room. Ours didn't really work though. We got close, but no, we didn't make it. I still had fun though!! :-)
