Design It!: Engineering

The Design It!: Engineering component focuses on teens making practical application of their knowledge of science along with their own creativity to build useful and intriguing projects. Our first semester starts with teens building their own remote control cars from the wheels up! They will also challenge themselves by designing and building an obstacle course for their R/C cars to race on. All of this will be captured on camera and made into webisodes that will be shot and put together by the teens themselves. This component will bring out the critical thinking skills and innovation in all teens who participate.
