Frogs , Kids , and Chinese !!!!

Summertime Science
This summer we`ve been mainly working with children and showing them all of the animals we have here in C3 ( Communitcating Climate Change ). Most of them really seem to like the frog ( we named her Kermita ! lol ). Its fun watching the kids touch and hold the frog and seeing their reactions whenever she hops around. Kermita is a White's Dumpy Tree Frog that is mainly found in Australia and New Guinea. Besides the frog , we have two salamanders ( Sully and Marca ) and a turtle ( Turshella ). We are also adding a snake to our family of animals , hopefully we're getting it this week! We also have visitors from Taiwan visiting our group. They are college students who are learning about how we teach the kids. They are sooooo sweet and they showed us how to write our names and say a few words and phrases in Chinese! =)
