Our teens do! HUMMUS!

Using chick peas (also known as Garbanzo Beans), olive oil, onions, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, and tahini, YES teen in the Science Corner component created a huge batch of hummus last weekend. if you want the recipe, you've got to ask one of our teens!

Did you know that hummus has existed for over 7000 years? One of our teens discovered that through online research.

Curious how it tasted? Just ask Diane Miller, Senior Vice President of the YES program. She couldn't get enough of that hummus.

As with everything we create, it's ok if you don't like it, all we ask is that you try. Click here for more photos from Science Corner!
