Supervisors: Matthew Stevens and Jessica Castiglioni

The Energy Component will take students from a basic knowledge of energy to expert levels using inquiry-based project learning and laboratory experiments. This knowledge will be applied to the topic of the global energy crisis by requiring students to design projects or experiments that can help mitigate the effects of the energy crisis in their community. Areas of focus include mathematics, chemistry, product design, entrepreneurship, and most importantly having fun and enjoying things along the way.
