What I did today while volenteering at the St. louis Science Center

YES-2-Tech
Hello my name is Darrell What I did was first I walked into the science center and then after coming in I was greeted by Lady Gywanna. She told me that I would be working at Table Tops, what was focused on at the Table Tops booth was constructing tower like structures out of marshmellows and tooth picks. Some of the younger the visitors were focusing on eating the marshmellows more than building with them. After we closed up the booth I started as a greeter and did that for the rest of the afternoon. In all I was volenteering for 4 hours.

Full House

Youth Volunteers
Today there were so many people at the science center until I could'nt decide where I even wanted to go. At first I wanted to be far away from all the people until I found out it made the day go by so fast. before I knew it Nick said it was time for my break. I hope every Friday is like today

Rain and Fun

Youth Volunteers
Wow what a day the rain had the science center full of people and kids this made my day go by so fast, I think im going to talk with Ms Gywanna and ask her if I can volunteer more days than just 3 a week, there was so much excitement I felt like I had three candy bars, there were big trucks outside we would have tables with activities but the people who were outside had to come in from the rain, at first we were a little upset until they started giving us ice cream and bite size cakes, that made it better so I did'nt mind sharing my space Ms Gywanna said sometimes change is good, just go with the flow. She was right the cakes were so gooooooooooooooood!!!!!! Well enough for now talk with you Later
