This is my first blog since i've been back to work. I took a few years off and then came back. This time around the whole program has changed and i am now in Science Corner. Some things are the same like college prep and learning places. I am having a great time with my new friends Naja, Alan, Alex, and Malik. I am rally enjoying cooking in our component. In our component we do a lot of things like growing our own vegetables,learning about eating more healthy, and learning about organic materials. This is going to be a great semester.

Last saturday we made vitrines it was an awesome experence that gave us a lot of knowledge. We knida needed this activity because when we do the real vitirines we will konw what to do when we do the real ones. We also learned how to work as a team and cooperate. Well thats all i have to say for now so buy.

Today we made our own exhibits it was pretty fun.I worked with andrea she cool sometimes.Our exhibit was on a dietary supplement called airborne.What i did was find pitchures of it and get basic information.We also put the information on things caled vitrines.Which are a glass cabinets.I think it has a lot to do with what we are doing because it gives us more experience than we started off with and it makes us more smarter.

Today was a good day it was only three people in the group it was fairly easy. We learned a bunch of myths some were funny, some were stupid, some were disgusting. I hope that it is like this next week. I MISS CINDY

Today was an okay day.We got kicked out of our lab so we had to do this yes scavenger hunt it was thirty items on the page we found like twenty two. We might beat the other team if we do we get to eat mcdonalds in the other teams face that will be very funny. Sometimes my group members  didnt cooperate .

My name is Lamar and this is the second day of my second year. Today we went to this program at the science center called engineering career day. It was pretty cool there were a lot of colleges there i went to all of them. I also made silly putty today was a good day because including me it was only three people in the group which made it pretty easy. My supervisor is cindy and i am in the yes technology specialists group which is pretty fun. I am in the afternoon session which makes it a whole lot easier than getting up in the morining where i would be tired instead of refreshed and energized. Going to this thing also got us a lot of information in case we wanted to get into the field of engineering.I cant wait to see what happens in the next few months as a technology specialists. It also cool that we get to control all the technology for special exhibits.

Today was a good day we did brain tesears and even got two breaks it was cool. I am sad for two reasons the first reson is that missy wont be here with us every saturday like she normally is. And theb second reason is we only have three weeks left together. But overall today was a good day.
