Teaching 4th Grade at Adams Elementary

My Group is showing that they are really enjoying the YES programs work as well as learning about the ecosystem along the way. I can tell because of the way the 4th graders interact in the different day-to-day activities. It really shows how smart and intellectually capable they are. I have five 4th graders but with all the enthusiasm and energy that they put forth in the group activites it sounds like the whole class is participating. During lessons and activities, i try to incorporate previous lessons into the current one, this way i can help them review and make sure they are learning what we teach.  I know the students are learning because when i do ask review questions they answer with a quickness, enthusiasm, and accuracy that makes it hard to believe we have only been with them for 2 weeks.
