huh, it gets on my nerves how people (i ain't pointing no fingers) can't get the word "no" through their head.....and then, when they hear the word no, they treat you like trash. or they get mad at you for something stupid >:(

The word no is not always a bad thing... I guess it's how it's delivered. I guess it all comes down to listening skills, and making sure everyone's listening beyond just one word and hearing what the reasons behind that word are, too.
Does that make any sense? I hope so...
