Candace Jarret

Candace participated in the Y.E.S. Program from 1998-2002. She graduated from Hazelwood West in 2002, and then enrolled at Mizzou. While in college, Candace came back to Y.E.S. Program as a supervisor for a couple of summers. Candace graduated from Mizzou with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in May 2006.  She is currently working as a General Assignment Convergent Reporter for a CBS affiliate in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Candace plans on attending graduate school for either forensic toxicology or advertising and public relations.  She hopes to one day open a nonprofit journalism-based program for teens.
